Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Graphic Ink you are acknowledging the following Terms of Service and are
agreeing to be bound by them.
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order.
Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
The standard dispatch service is an estimated dispatch date and is therefore not guaranteed. If you choose the 48 hour or 5 day dispatch services, we will endeavour to dispatch your goods within these timescales but cannot guarantee that the timescale for delivery (as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier that are beyond our control).
We will email you to inform you that your goods are being dispatched. You may then receive an email from the courier and it is then your responsibility to rearrange delivery with the courier if you are not going to be present at the delivery address on the day of delivery.
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Any graphic design produced by the design team at Palmer Design and Graphic Ink remains copyright to us unless otherwise stated in agreement with the customer.
It is your responsibility to approve the artwork before any printing begins. Where same day service has been given, cut off for artwork approval is 11am. It is imperative that you approve your artwork. We will not be held responsible if you do not approve your artwork and we are subsequently not able to meet your delivery deadline. It is your responsibility to keep checking your email and junk folder etc.
In the case of our 48 hour dispatch service, artwork must be approved before 11am on the day of dispatch.
We may need to make amendments to the artwork to make it suitable for print onto products. It is your responsibility to check the proof carefully to ensure that you are happy with any amendments.
By submitting artwork for us to use, you are confirming that you have the right to use the artwork and that it does not infringe any copyrights of any person or entity and you indemnify Palmer Design and Graphic Ink against
any claim for losses (including legal fees).
We accept no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to artwork or data supplied.
By making a purchase you grant us permission to display the designs on our website and social media channels for the purpose of promoting our services, This term is except for using our services as a sub contractor.
We will always endeavour to supply the closest colour match to the artwork supplied. We are however unable to guarantee an exact match due to the nature of the print and embroidery processes used. You will have no right to reject or return products on the basis of a slight colour variation.
The location of the designs on the proof are for general guidance only. All designs are positioned onto the garments by hand in what we deem to be the most appropriate place within the chosen garment position. You will have no right to reject or return products on the basis of incorrect positioning where the design placement materially conforms to the general position chosen.
It is your responsibility to supply artwork of a high enough quality and resolution to enable us to produce a quality result. Whist we will endeavour to contact you if we feel that your artwork will not produce a good final result, you will have no right to reject or return products if the artwork supplied by you was not of satisfactory quality, regardless of whether any contact was made. We recommend that all artwork is at least 300 DPI (dots per inch).
Based on the makeup of your order, Graphic Ink will determine which print process to use when processing your order (i.e. DTG, Screen Print or Vinyl Transfer). You will have no right to reject or return the products on the basis of the print production process used.
Any changes to an order which has already been placed may incur further costs. It is imperative that you
contact us as soon as possible if you realise that you have made a mistake.
Customer Design Usage Policy
As a company we uphold the rights of all people, and for this reason will never print anything that:
Violates the intellectual property rights of any individuals (see intellectual property policy)
Encourages hate or violence against individual groups based on sex, age, race, religion, ethnicity,
national origin or disability
Include swear words, lewd language or vulgarity
Have an overtly sexually connotation or tone
Unless with prior agreement from Graphic Ink, payment is to be made in full on dispatch if delivered by courier, or on delivery of goods if collected, we accept cash, Bacs payment and all major debit & credit cards
including tap & pay. Sorry we do not accept cheques.
Any cancellation of an order must be confirmed in writing to us. Any design or set-up costs incurred prior
to the notification of cancellation will be charged in full. Any product which have already been
processed will be charged in full.
All washing & care instructions of the products supplied by Graphic Ink must be strictly complied with.
Plain, non-customised items may be returned for a refund of the item cost within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer. Please allow 7 working days for a credit to be applied to your account.

We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised unless we have made a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty. Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by yourselves prior to production.
Customer's property supplied or left for printing is held at the customer's risk. Whilst every care will be taken in the products left by the customer, and our printing or embroidery work, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or imperfect work caused by the unsuitability of materials supplied by the customer. If any error occurs while printing a logo or design onto a customer’s own product, Graphic Ink is only liable for the quoted price of applying the print to product. At no time and under no circumstance shall Graphic Ink be liable for the cost of the product or loss of any items left.
Graphic Ink will always endeavour to supply any particular product specified by the customer. Where these are unavailable, however, Graphic Ink reserves the right to substitute with product of similar design, quality or size. Where possible the customer will be advised.
